The extensive range from norelem includes a variety of positioning systems, from classic manual positioning stages to motorised modules with integrated controls.
Each system impresses with almost play-free guidance that enables precise positioning even in demanding tool systems or handling processes.
The self-locking spindle with additional locking function guarantees stability in any position - without any re-adjustments.
With a radial play of less than 0.02 mm and a scale graduated to 0.1 mm, norelem offers precision at the highest level.

Versatile
Be it in machine and special machine construction, measurement technology, optical applications or automation systems - norelem positioning systems are used wherever maximum accuracy is required. They also ensure reproducible and stable motion sequences in laboratories, test facilities and model making. The maintenance-free plain bearing guides ensure the systems remain permanently smooth-running - and that over many years.
The combination of high-quality materials and precise manufacturing ensures for reliability in daily use. The bearing blocks and carriages are made from anodised aluminium, while the spindle and guide columns are made from robust stainless steel. An integrated, maintenance-free plain bearing minimises resistance when moving the carriage. Depending on the version, a position indicator is available that displays the adjustment travel with an accuracy of 0.1 mm.

The correct version for every application
The norelem positioning systems are available as various types:
Positioning stages for linear movements, cross stages for combined axis, vertical stages for precise height adjustments and rotary positioning stages for infinite 360° rotary movements. All types are available in short or long versions and, thanks to the modular principle, can be freely combined with each other - ideal for modular designs and individual customised solutions.
norelem offers electric positioning stages and rotary stages for applications in which movements are automated. These systems position objects weighing up to 10 kg with a speed of up to 1.2 m/min - precisely, quietly and with low maintenance. The version with integrated positioning control is supplied with user-friendly programming software. This enables movement sequences to be set intuitively and integrated into existing systems.
